Alfred offers more than 35 years experience operating resorts and hotels in The Bahamas, Caribbean and Florida. He has consulted for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the reorganization, operation and sale of seven hotels in several states. A Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1994.
He achieved Certified Hotel Administrator designation while offering more than 35 years experience operating resorts and hotels in The Bahamas, Caribbean and Florida. He was Vice President and General Manager of The Sheraton Grand Resort Paradise Island, Bahamas for 10 years during which time he was named Bahamas Hotelier of The Year. Alfred served as General Manager of several hotels for the Continental Companies in Miami during which time he received the awards of Outstanding Performance in General Management from The Sheraton Corporation for two consecutive years and he was named the Continental Companies’ General Manager of The Year. Additionally Alfred served on the Board of Directors of the following organizations:

- Bahamas Hotel Association
- Nassau/Paradise Island Promotion Board
- Florida Hotel Association
- Greater Miami Hotel Association
Alfred and his wife Bonnie live in Boynton Beach Florida.
